“The Inn's location strikes a good balance, set in a safe, quiet neighborhood a short drive from Pismo Beach and within walking distance of Arroyo Grande's attractions. Rooms are dated but clean, and the comfortable beds and blackout drapes ensure a good night's sleep; I especially appreciate the in-room mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. While first impressions might be mixed, the value here ultimately wins out.”
